HOW DOES THE PURCHASE WORK?
Once you purchase a ready made digital file, you will receive an email with a link to download your file(s). If you do not receive the email or need me to resend the files, please email me at hello@awdesignsprintables.com and I'll get them sent over ASAP.

All files come as zip files, meaning they need to be downloaded on a laptop, computer or tablet. You cannot open a zip file on your phone. Once you download the file, you need to move the files to a different folder in order to download and print them.

 

HOW DO CUSTOM ORDERS WORK?
Once you place your order and send me the required information for your file at checkout (or email it to me at hello@awdesignsprintables.com, I will send over a proof for review within 1-2 business days. Once any edits are made, I will email you the final high resolution file so you can get it printed.

 

DO YOU OFFER PHYSICAL PRINTS?
No, I only offer digital files at this time.

 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Due to the nature of these products, I do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any ready made files, as the files are available instantly upon purchase (unless an error was made on my part).

I ONLY offer refunds and exchanges on CUSTOM ORDERS if an edited file has been purchased and I have NOT started the work on it. Once I have started the edits, there are no refunds or exchanges.

Please ensure that all custom items are proofread before submitting your final approval. Refunds will not be given if there are errors on any items you have given final approval for.
